Hitox is a buff coated pure titanium dioxide, offering the same refractive and opacifying properties of the traditional white pigment. The difference, however, lies in its lower reactivity and the absence of surface coating treatments. It is used specifically for the extension of various coloured tints and concentrated pigments. In its application as an extender of yellow, red, green and blue pigment tints it facilitates cost savings as well as a reduced environmental footprint.

Disastab
Disastab is a specialised emulsifier that allows for the incorporation of water into oils and alkyd coatings. It produces a highly stable emulsion in enamel systems which can be used across the resin range (long, medium, short and modified alkyds) and is used at much lower dosing levels than traditional emulsifiers. The product offers substantial formulation cost savings and also assists in the lowering of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by incorporating water within formulations.

Disawet is an additive for paper recycling which facilitates improved de-inking, improved fibre separation, and a reduction in energy consumption. It is used in the rendering of organic gums, ‘stickies’, pulping pitch and adhesives. Through an added de-agglomerising property, Disawet provides excellent dispersion. The product greatly enhances paper machine cleaning, resulting in optimised production efficiency.
