Micronized SA LTD has implemented a policy which states that all possible steps are taken to ensure that the health and safety of all company employees are the number one priority. All relevant provisions of the legislated Health and Safety and Environmental regulations and codes of practice shall be enforced. The CEO and Directors fully support the policy and its application throughout the company

The Micronized group is a viable and sustainable business enterprise which uplifts individuals and communities. We are committed to responsible and ethical practices which ultimately enhance communities’ quality of life and encourage abundance. Our initiatives include:

• Supporting several non-profit organisations that support and care for those in need.
• The establishment of Pegmin (Pty) Ltd community pre-school and crèche which currently provides schooling and two meals a day to between 20 and 30 children.
• Investing in the rehabilitation of the landscape and environs at Union Mine in Limpopo Province. Micronized inherited environmental damage when it acquired the mine in 2002, and that damage is now being remedied.

Senior employees practice ongoing mentoring to transfer their knowledge and skills to their junior counterparts.
