Micronized Milling & Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd

The Kenwatt range has evolved over two decades of experience in the size reduction (crushing, milling and micronising) of solid substances. From attapulgite to zirconium, foodstuffs, polymers, chemicals and fibrous materials. The Kenwatt range has provided ongoing consistent and efficient results.

THE KENWATT MICRONISER
(Refer to Above Drawing - Kenwatt Milling/Micronising System)

  • Custom Designed Affordability! Efficient One - Step Milling and Micronising of Minerals, Foodstuffs and Chemicals! Environmentally Friendly! Dust Free - Through Maintaining System under Negative Pressure. Ease of Operation.
  • Available in Laboratory Unit size up to 75 kW main motor drive configurations.

Micronising and Coupled Classification - A World Beater!

The Kenwatt range of Micronisers have built-in particle size classifiers. This provides efficient one-step particle size reduction and size classification in one unit and results in less maintenance and lower operating costs per ton of output. Additionally, Kenwatt Micronisers are constructed from the latest technology materials of construction. Whether your requirement is for a stand-alone microniser, or a complete turnkey installation, be sure to contact us for your competitive edge !

Particle Fractionators

THE KENWATT FRACTIONATOR
(Refer to Above Drawing – Kenwatt Fractionator System)

  • No short - circuiting of oversized particles is possible - due to unique rotor design! Precise particle sizing cut-off points. Custom Designed Affordability for fractionation and powder classification! Excellent split efficiencies of materials. Environmentally Friendly! Dust Free - Through Maintaining System under Negative Pressure. Ease of Operation.
  • Available in three models, including a laboratory sized unit.
Precise Dry Particle Sizing!

The Kenwatt range of fractionators have been developed to offer precise particle sizing cut-off points, combined with excellent production efficiencies. Ease of operation and a robust design ensure low maintenance and trouble-free operation in the harshest of conditions. Kenwatt Fractionators can be coupled to an existing milling or grinding circuit, or can operate as stand alone systems with a fine particle feed. Kenwatt Fractionators are suited to a wide range of applications including – chemicals, foodstuffs and minerals. Oversize separated particles can be optionally returned to the feed or milling circuit, or bagged-off as a separate secondary product. Kenwatt Fractionators are also particularly suited to fines removal and reducing dust concentrations on powdered materials.
